I’m not a fan of new year resolutions. They have developed a bad stigma, with too many people expecting New Year resolutions to fail. I often use the new year as a impetus to start new goals, but I never refer to those goals as resolutions. We are now 11 days into 2017, so if you made a resolution, now is a good time to reframe that resolution as a goal.
Here, I share my delectation of intention:
This year, I will let go of side projects that don’t resonate with my heart.
Embrace the differences that make us all unique.
Love my wife and daughter through words and actions.
I intend to contribute by sharing the benefits of decluttering, minimalism, and downsizing with the world.
I would love to see your declarations of intention also. If you are willing to share, I’d love to read your declarations in the comments section or in our Facebook group. (Comments here are public, comments in our Facebook group or private and only viewable by group members.)
