When I was a kid I had a very difficult time falling asleep at night. My mind would race and I would spend hours in bed thinking about my day, my problems, my life. I stumbled across a type of meditation that I crafted into a way to focus my mind and shut off the monkey mind that prevented me from falling asleep.
The book has the technique I use as well as a few techniques from other bloggers. It also has examples of people that tried the techniques and talks about how it worked for each of them.
