Update 4/19/2014: I think this is finally fixed. I did some cleanup of old wordpress themes and ran two different scans, and both are telling me the site is clean. At this point I’d say you are safe to visit the blog from a mobile device. I’m sorry for the trouble and I’m happy to have this behind me so I can get focused on our core topics of minimalism, decluttering, and coaching. On Tuesday we’ll have a new Rethinking the Dream Chronicles by Megyn, so be sure to stop by on Tuesday to learn about her natural leanings towards minimalism and how that has shaped her life.
Update 4/17/2014 evening: My blog may still be experiencing issues with the mobile version. I cleaned it again temporarily, and I’m getting it professionally scanned to ensure a permanent fix. For now I would recommend visiting only from a desktop or laptop computer. I’ll post an update when it’s completely fixed to give the all clear.
Original post: 4/17/2014 morning
I got hacked recently and anyone trying to get to rethinkingthedream.com from a mobile device was redirected to a porn site. I apologize if any of you ran into that, as the offensive site was certainly not related to decluttering or minimalism (although they certainly had minimal wardrobe). I was able to work with my web host to get the issue resolved.
We are now back in business and focused on minimalism, decluttering, and coaching.
I want to thank Rebecca for alerting me to the issue. She is a professional organizer based in Australia. She has some good decluttering and organizing info on her blog (http://clearspace.net.au/blog/) and her Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/ProfessionalOrganiser) so be sure to check those out.
